StayPilot AI provides AI-powered voice agents and chatbots designed to automate guest communications and booking inquiries across your website, phone lines, and messaging apps. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use our communication tools for spam, abusive messaging, or illegal activities.
  • You must comply with all regional and international regulations concerning customer communications.
  • Misuse of the AI automation tools to mislead or deceive guests is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property & Content

You retain full ownership of the data and content you input into the system. You grant StayPilot AI a limited license to process this data solely to provide you with the service. StayPilot AI retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, underlying AI models, and branding.

Billing & Termination

Our SaaS product operates on an automatically renewing subscription basis following any applicable free trials or demos. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund if terms are breached. Upon termination, customer data may be permanently deleted after a standard grace period.

Warranties, Liability & Governing Law

While we strive for maximum uptime and accuracy, our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of absolute perfection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayPilot AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or operational damages resulting from platform use.
